Watch out for special offers or seasonal specials. Smoothies & Juices We offer a range of Smoothies made with probiotic, low-fat frozen yoghurt blended with fruits. Our Juices which are just fruit! We produce freshly squeezed orange juice daily! Don’t like our combinations? Just tell us – we are happy to make up your favourite blends!!! Something for you to try - Two of our favourites! Exotic Fruit Smoothie! 200 ml freshly squeezed orange juice A tablespoon each of – strawberries mango pineapple and half a banana add a generous scoop of frozen vanilla flavoured pro-biotic yoghurt! Blend on high speed for 30 seconds and ENJOY – it’s a meal in itself!! Re-Fresh Mint Juice! 200 ml freshly squeezed orange juice 4 tablespoons of Pineapple 5 large fresh green mint leaves Blend on high speed for 60 seconds and Feel the sweet freshness add a zing to your day! Coffees - Hot or Iced! We serve freshly ground Tiki Espresso Bean Fair Trade Coffee. Have you ever had an Iced Coffee? We have de-caf or caffeinated flavoured iced coffees. Great to cool down with! Teas Herbal teas or your usual Regular pick me up! Soup Fresh locally made soup served Monday to Saturday by the cup.
